Are we so addicted to technology that we lose sleep? The 2011 Sleep in America poll by the National Sleep Foundation (conducted annually since 1991) would have us believe. When the group surveyed about 1,500 people across four generations - Gen Z (ages 13-18), Generation Y (ages 19-29), Generation X (ages 30-45) and Boomers (ages 46 to 64) - they found that 95 percent often use some form of technology, television texting before bedtime. And this is just the beginning. Everyday Health combed 75-page report on the most fascinating findings about how Americans behave in bed.
